◆Check the developer options settings.(Android devices only). If the developer options setting is ON, you cannot play the game.
◆Close other running apps. If other apps or software are running at the same time, memory capacity may be limited. In addition, using security software may affect your gameplay.
◆Check your device storage. If your device is short of storage, the game may not work properly, even after successful installation. Kindly check if your device has enough storage available.
◆Reinstall the app.
If the problem still persists even after attempting the methods above, the app data may be damaged. In such cases, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if the problem is solved.
Before uninstalling, please make sure to set your Password for data transfer or link your game account to an external account to save your data.
