How do I transfer my data to another device?

Disney Twisted-Wonderland offers a Data Transfer function using a password. Setting a password for your account allows you to recover lost save data.
Please note that any data backup functions built into your device, such as iCloud, are incompatible with the app and cannot be used.

Note: Make a note of the Transfer ID and Password in case you lose your save data or wish to change devices.
 
The following instructions explain how to transfer your data to another device.
 
[Step-by-Step Guide]
(OLD DEVICE) On the device you are transferring FROM:
1) Tap the Settings icon on the left side of the Home screen
2) Tap the Config icon

3) Tap Transfer (Password)
4) Set a password and verify it

5) Make a note of the Transfer ID and Password
 
(NEW DEVICE) On the device you are transferring TO:
1) Boot up the game on your new device
2) Tap the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the title screen
3) Tap the Data Transfer button
4) Tap the Transfer ID button
5) Enter the Transfer ID and Password, and tap Transfer
 
Note: You cannot use the same game data on multiple devices.

・Please keep your Transfer ID and Password safe.
・Transfer IDs cannot be changed and we cannot respond to any requests for changing Transfer IDs.
 
■ Forgotten or Lost Passwords
