Depending on your internet connection, it may take some time for purchased gems to appear in-game.
[For Google Play]
If you have yet to receive your purchased gems, please contact us via the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include detailed information about your situation.
[For the App Store]
Due to delays in payment processing, it may take one or more days to receive your gems. If purchased gems do not appear, please contact Apple Support to cancel the transaction.
1. Please inform Apple Support that you have not received the purchased gems on your game account
2. Because Apple manages billing information in the App Store, only Apple can issue refunds or accept payment cancellations
Note: If Family Sharing is enabled, purchased Gems may not appear on the Child device unless the Parent device initially approves the payment.
(A Parent device has authority over content sharing and purchasing activities of the Child device).
After approval from the Parent device, follow the instructions on the Child device and restart the app.

2. Click on billing and subscriptions
3. Click on request a refund
4. Follow the instructions to request a refund

1. Your purchase details and gems purchase order number
2. Your reason for requesting a refund
