As of now, we have confirmed an issue where an error may occur (error code 201) or the app may look frozen after doing the following.

 

(1) Select “Download while playing” at the first download confirmation pop up.
(2) Complete Chapter 7 before the download in the background is done.

 

Please note that this issue can be fixed once the downloading in the background is done.

 

Please reboot the app, and make sure to keep the app open and that you have a stable internet connection until the download is complete. (Please don’t reinstall the app.)
