Recently we have received an increasing number of inquiries that players are unable to make in-game purchases. 

 

As the app is only available in the U.S.A and Canada, you can no longer make in-game purchases if you download or play in other countries.

 

Here are a few following cases where this may apply: 

 

-Players who have downloaded the app via a VPN in a country where the app is unavailable, and are now playing with a normal connection.
-Players who have downloaded the app from a third-party platform, such as QooApp.
-Players who have moved from one of the supported countries to another, where the app is unavailable.

 

Please note that we are unable to offer support to players outside of the U.S.A and Canada.
