You can link your game data to an external service account as an alternate means of transferring it to a new device.

 

Supported external accounts: Google, Apple
Note: Apple accounts can only transfer data between iOS devices.
If you need to transfer your game between two different operating systems, use a Google account.

 

[Step-by-Step Guide]
(OLD DEVICE) On the device you are transferring FROM:
1) Tap the Settings icon on the left side of the Home screen
2) Tap the Config icon
3) Tap Transfer (Link)
4) Tap the external account you wish to link to
5) Verify your external account
Note: Make sure that the data link options show up on the device you are transferring to.

 

(NEW DEVICE) On the device you are transferring TO:
1) Boot up the game on your new device
2) Tap the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the title screen
3) Tap the Data Transfer button
4) Tap the External Account button
5) Verify your external account
