The game crashed right after I summoned, and I am unsure if my Summon has been reflected on my account.

Even if the app crashes right after summoning, you will still receive the cards from your Summon.
Your Summon history for the last 10 days can be accessed by selecting History at the bottom right of the Mirror screen.
You can also check your recently acquired cards by tapping the box in the top rightmost corner, selecting Newest, and then setting to the down Arrow.
